我們承諾「下午14點之前落單即日送」——每日早上9:59:59(截單時間)前完成訂單，可自由選擇落單當日下午(15:00-18:00)/晚間(18:00-21:00)收貨；每日下午13:59:59(截單時間)前完成訂單，可於落單當日 18:00-21:00 期間收貨；超過下午14:00的訂單，將自動順延一日配送。目前階段的運費及配送機制，具體規則如下

The residential and commercial areas served by FreshOne are based on the selectable service points displayed on the FreshOne platform. Orders amounting to HK$ 50 or more enjoy free delivery, while orders below this amount incur a delivery fee of HK$ 8.

* To ensure service quality, the free shipping standards may be adjusted in the future depending on operational conditions, and the specific rules will be based on the latest announcements from the platform.
