We are actively expanding, so stay tuned. We promise "Order today, deliver tomorrow" — orders completed by 23:59:59 (cut-off time) each day will be delivered the next day between 15:00-18:00; orders placed after the cut-off time will be automatically postponed by one day for delivery. The current shipping and delivery mechanism rules are as follows:：

The residential and commercial areas served by FreshOne are based on the selectable service points displayed on the FreshOne platform. Orders amounting to HK$ 50 or more enjoy free delivery, while orders below this amount incur a delivery fee of HK$ 8.

* To ensure service quality, the free shipping standards may be adjusted in the future depending on operational conditions, and the specific rules will be based on the latest announcements from the platform.
