Three easy steps:
1. Open the「最優鮮APP-FreshOne APP/微信小程序-Wechat mini program (search FreshOne on WeChat) /網頁端-webpage」, select a service location in the top left corner;
2. Choose products and fill in delivery details;
3. Confirm checkout and complete payment to successfully place your order.
Yes, we only support the following online payment method:
- 支付寶(Alipay HK)
- 微信支付(WeChat Pay)
- 八達通(Octopus.)
- 信用卡(VISA, MasterCard)
同一天可以下單多次，所有訂單在「截單時間 23:59:59」前下單的，將會在次日

Refunds can be self-processed in the app before shipment (prior to 10:00 AM the next day after ordering). Step-by-Step Guide:
Open FreshOne app → Navigate to "My Account". Go to "Order Center" → Select your "Pending Delivery" order. Scroll to locate the item → Tap "Request Refund". Provide the reason → Submit your request.
If a service location is grayed out, it means it's closed for the day.
Delivery status varies by location. For the latest updates, contact our customer service and join the group for your selected service location. We'll provide delivery status and important information in the group as soon as possible.

Generally, orders paid before the cut-off time on the same day will be delivered the next day between 11:00-18:00.

Reservation is not available at this time. If there is no one at home, the goods will be placed outside the door and photographed,customer service will notify you to pick up the items. If you are concerned about the safety of your items, we also provide anti-theft straps.
